Free Delivery Service
All of our medical equipment is delivered the same day that it is ordered to the location requested by the patient. Oxygen equipment takes top priority in our delivery schedule.

Service or Repair
Medox Healthcare has its own service center. Equipment is repaired and serviced by a team of factory-trained technicians. When products are under warranty, Medox Healthcare will provide a temporary replacement until the repair is completed.

Routine Maintenance
Routine checks are done in the patients home on the oxygen concentrators as a means of problem preventions. Strict maintenance schedules are followed and recorded.

Emergency Service
If for any reason the patient feels something is not operating correctly we have a 24 hour On-Call Emergency service that will promptly solve the problem and ensure patient comfort and safety.
